Ingredients

Ham and Egg Noodle Casserole

A very simple casserole for breakfast or dinner.

Time: 1 hour 30 mins.

2 ham steaks, cubed

12 ounces wide egg noodles

3 Tbs. butter

5 large eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

1 bunch green onions; use tops only, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes; drain and toss with butter.

Beat eggs.

Combine all ingredients into a buttered casserole dish.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until egg sets.
