Sis' Seven Layer Cookies


Chocolate, butterscotch, coconut and nuts—mmmmmmm.

Time: 45 mins.

1/2 cup butter

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

6-oz. butterscotch chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 can coconut

1 can Eagle brand condensed milk

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Put butter into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set the dish into the preheated oven for a few minutes to melt the butter.

Using potholders, carefully remove the baking dish from the oven.

On top of the melted butter, sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly in a layer.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over the graham cracker crumbs.

Sprinkle butterscotch chips evenly over the surface.

Sprinkle chopped nuts over the chocolate and butterscotch chips.

Sprinkle coconut over the nut layer.

Drizzle the Eagle brand milk over the entire surface.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375F. until cookies are light brown and bubbly.

Cool, then cut into 1-inch squares.

Store covered tightly in an air-tight container
